If your dog has trouble by themselves then consider helping them move by using carts, wheelchairs or harness.

Consider laser, physical and massage therapy, acupuncture and supplements to improve their recent condition. Using a combination of them improves the quality of life for dogs despite the arthritis. Check first with your vet though before you use any of these.
