Different geographical areas have different food habits. Food that is considered healthy in some regions may be tagged as a poison in other region. People get habituated or tend to eat a certain food for different reasons like traditional, geographical, ethical, and some environment related concerns like organic eating etc. Recently researchers found that milk products like cheese and yogurt are the gate ways to different kinds of epidemics like cancer, gastritis, and respiratory disorders, so the solution is dairy free plant based vegan nut cheese.

In ancient times in countries people kept cows in almost all homes. It is considered as sacred creature and rituals are done in times of events and festivals. People used to extract only small percentage of the daily milk given, which happened to be sufficient for the home needs. Rest of the milk was left to the calf. There was neither packet milk till recently nor a variety of dairy products at that time.

Several generations have seen people families making organic products by staying at home. We have inscriptions that they have utilized expertise of natural making. However modern man has brought drastic differences in food making. Health care is utmost crucial while consuming any kind of farming items. This is due to the bacterial organism that stays in produced milk. Not only the liquids one acquires from animals but also other edibles made out of it.

Plant proteins are compressed to form cream. Vegetable oils like coconut and sunflower are also used to produce cream. Individuals can easily make the cream from nuts in their houses which tend to be delicious. Home makers can adopt this making of cheddar at their residence as a small cottage firm and can be supplied to various people.

Packed milk uses preservatives to keep the milk fresh for a few days. Expiry dates are marked on the pack. Nowadays varieties of milk yields came into existence. For instance, cheese, butter, ice creams are stored for days and months adding preservatives, for usage in future. This affects human health seriously.

The increased use of chemical fertilizers in farming has made soil barren and makes the land unfit for plants after some time. Crops grown using pesticides and insecticides contain harmful elements like nitrates which are harmful to humans. These are drained into water bodies through rain water and water gets contaminated and so the environment.

Many people argue that cattle milk is meant for their babies and not for human consumption. Giving hormone injections for adequate milk production is inhuman and affects animal health. Milk and milk products are sources of many saturated and unsaturated fats raising risk of cardiovascular symptoms.

Increased gastritis problems are seen in individuals consuming more milk. Also expert studies done on individuals reveal that cancer related risks increase in humans in taking more of these animal foods. It is good to take milk free food that is rich in vitamins and minerals.

Governments can encourage individuals to establish plant based firms to produce animal equivalent plant products to replace cattle products. They can keep these firms near farming areas and plantations where raw materials are available in abundant there itself.
