It can really ruin your life if not treated because emotions fly out when one is exposed to the slightest thing. DBT is a great way of calming one down, making use of methods and techniques. This is now being used for people with other issues as well.

A person who has developed a disorder can benefit from therapy, not only by talking about what they are going through, but also by going through the practical steps. This relates to a basic routine that consists of basic things such as getting up in the morning and focusing on what comes next.
